Dear Union Hill resident,
It is fall and time to pump out the septic systems in our Village. The Village Board has arranged to have this done every two years. Once again the Village has hired Bode Excavating and Construction, Inc. to do the pumping. Each homeowner or business is responsible for having their system accessible before pumping begins. If Bode has to uncover the system there will be an additional change to that resident or business.
As we are having all residences and businesses pumped, this rate will be $195 per household or business. The Village will pay the entire bill to Bode and each household or business is asked to reimburse the Village for their portion. Checks can be made out to the Village of Union Hill and sent in care of the Village Clerk, 1 Center Street, Union Hill, 60969.
Once your system has been pumped, a note will be left on your door so that you know the service has been completed.
